EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES

If you’re unsure about your size, we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit.Should you face any size-related issues after receiving your product, please write to us at contact.saviraonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Don’t forget to mention your order number and share the details of the issue, so we can assist you promptly.
We’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange, subject to the availability of your size in the chosen design at that time. A nominal charge of INR 200 per item applies to cover logistics for reverse pick-up and re-delivery of your order.
EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS
It is highly unlikely for you to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, as our dedicated Quality Control team carefully inspects every outfit before dispatch. However, if by chance you face such an issue, we’ll be more than happy to assist you with an exchange.
We request you to please email us at contact.saviraonline@gmail.com with the details of the issues along with product images, within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can assist you promptly. All returns are subject to verification. Once your return request is received, verified, and approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up and dispatch a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the product is not available, we’ll issue you a store credit of the same amount, which you can use towards any future purchase. The credit voucher will remain valid for 60 days, giving you ample time to shop your favorites.
