Delivery Terms
• We at Savira aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours so they reach you on time
• Once the order is placed, you will receive order tracking details shortly on your mail as well as through SMS
• Delivery Time for Domestic Orders: From the time of shipping, it takes about 6-7 working days for domestic orders to reach you (the estimated delivery times are indicative, and, in rare cases depending upon accessibility of location, time of the year as well as any external uncontrollable factors impacting any region, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control)
• Delivery Time for International Orders: Orders shipped to overseas generally takes 12-15 days’ time depending upon accessibility of the country and your location within the country
• Delivery Time Exceeded: We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at contact.saviraonline@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issue. However, since we use third party delivery partners, we are not responsible for delays in delivery post-handover of the product. Additionally, in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment
• Change Of Delivery Address / Contact Details: For change requests of delivery address or contact information of the recipient, please share the relevant details via email on contact.saviraonline@gmail.com and we will coordinate with our logistics partners to update the same
• Not Available at the Time of Delivery: Delivery partners do not deliver at the customers' convenience. If the customer is unavailable, the order will be rescheduled for the next day and will only be attempted three times.
• Product Lost During Transit: Our courier partners take utmost care in ensuring that the products are safely delivered to you. Just in case the product is lost during transit, the amount that you have paid will be fully refunded to you.
Shipping Costs
1. Domestic Orders: Within India, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders value above Rs. 999. If the Order value is Rs. 999 or below we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 50 against shipping/delivery. However, the said amount is non-refundable in case the outfit is returned.
2. International Orders: Shipping cost is based on location and is calculated at the time of checkout. Payment for shipping costs will also be collected at the checkout while making a purchase.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, please reach out to us over email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellation By Us:
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and can be cancelled from our side. Savira has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
In some situation, your order can be cancelled due to:
• Limitation of quantities available for purchase. Stock discrepancy at the time of purchase
• Inaccuracies or errors or omissions in product or pricing information.
• Sometimes we may also require additional information or verification before we accept your order.
We will contact you if your order is cancelled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled from our side then charged amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
We expect the customer not to dispute the decision made by Savira and accept Savira’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Duties & Taxes
1. Goods and Service Tax: GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products.
2. Import Duties & Taxes: Occasionally, import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. Any hidden or additional charges for customs clearance or duties must be borne by the client only. This varies from country to country and are beyond our control, so Savira encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, Savira will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders, and will not be able to provide any support. Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.
