• Change Of Delivery Address / Contact Details: For change requests of delivery address or contact information of the recipient, please share the relevant details via email at oncontact.saviraonline@gmail.comand, and we will coordinate with our logistics partners to update the same

• Not Available at the Time of Delivery: Delivery partners do not deliver at the customers' convenience. If the customer is unavailable, the order will be rescheduled for the next day and will only be attempted three times.

• Product Lost During Transit: Our courier partners take utmost care in ensuring that the products are safely delivered to you. Just in case the product is lost during transit, the amount that you have paid will be fully refunded to you.
 
Shipping Costs

1. Domestic Orders: Within India, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders with a value above Rs 999. If the Order value is Rs. 999 or below, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 50 against shipping/delivery. However, the said amount is non-refundable in case the outfit is returned

2. International Orders: Shipping cost is based on location and is calculated at the time of checkout. Payment for shipping costs will also be collected at checkout while making a purchase.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, please reach out to us via email, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellation By Us:
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill, and can be cancelled from our side. Savira has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

In some situations, your order can be cancelled due to: 
•Limitation of quantities available for purchase. Stock discrepancy at the time of purchase

•Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in product or pricing information.
•Sometimes we may also require additional information or verification before we accept your order.

We will contact you if your order is cancelled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled from our side, then the charged amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

We expect the customer not to dispute the decision made by Savira and accept Savira’s decision regarding the cancellation.
 
Duties & Taxes

These vary from country to country and are beyond our control, so Savira encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, Savirawill not be responsible for non-delivery of orders, and will not be able to provide any support. Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.

EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES

Don’t forget to mention your order number and share the details of the issue, so we can assist you promptly.

We’ll be happy to assist you with an exchange, subject to the availability of your size in the chosen design at that time. A nominal charge of INR 200 per item applies to cover logistics for reverse pick-up and re-delivery of your order.

EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCTS

It is highly unlikely for you to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, as our dedicated Quality Control team carefully inspects every outfit before dispatch. However, if by chance you face such an issue, we’ll be more than happy to assist you with an exchange.

We request you to please email us at contact.saviraonline@gmail.com with the details of the issues along with product images, within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can assist you promptly. All returns are subject to verification. Once your return request is received, verified, and approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up and dispatch a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the product is not available, we’ll issue you a store credit of the same amount, which you can use towards any future purchase. The credit voucher will remain valid for 60 days, giving you ample time to shop your favorites.
